RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns We want you to love your order. If you're not satisfied, please contact us at support@lovenestly.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned once opened.
Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or incorrect items If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us at support@lovenestly.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required.
EU & Norwegian consumers If you are located in the EU or Norway, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection law, starting from the date you receive your order.
