Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to high order volumes.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

USA & Canada: 10–25 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–30 business days
Rest of World: 14–35 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier capacity, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

We are unable to predict or control these charges. Please contact your local customs authority for information before placing your order.

We declare all shipments at their full value as required by law. We do not mark shipments as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date if the issue is unresolved. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Address changes after an order is placed cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping Restrictions
